On the behalf of the scientific Committee, it gives us immense pleasure to invite you to the “2nd International Heart Failure Conference from Prevention to Treatment” to be held at InterContinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on 24-25 November, 2016.
The Conference has been designed to provide an innovative and comprehensive overview of the latest developments in cardiovascular medicine, as well as responses to the most debatable issues primarily in the areas of the prevention, diagnosis and management of heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, acute coronary syndromes, hypertension, diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
The two days event will bring together the foremost thought leaders and experts in cardiovascular medicine from the UAE, the region and all over the world to discuss strategies for disease remediation for heart, Heart Failure, Electrocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. These distinguished cardiologists and scientists will present data in the form of plenary sessions, symposia, oral presentations and posters and will include superb scientific material that will be carefully selected by the Scientific Abstract Review Committee. The conference will be organized around the theme “From prevention to treatment”.
Moreover, an important feature of this conference is its case panel discussions. One of our frequent challenges is making practical use of knowledge. Therefore, the program format will include case presentation discussion sessions with a multidisciplinary panel of experts from medical and surgical disciplines, discussing diagnostic and management controversies. Among areas of focus for these panels will be cardiovascular prevention, coronary artery disease, dyslipidemia, myocardial infarction, hypertension complications, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, heart failure imaging, biomarkers, renal dysfunction, lipid disorders, obesity, quality of life and many more.
