Please follow these steps to download your Certificate of Attendance:
- Click on the link and participate in the Online Evaluation. This is a mandatory requirement from the accreditation body to assess the overall quality of the conference.
- After completing the online evaluation, input your email address and registration ID number (Badge Number) to download your certificate!
Please note that this service will be available to you for three months. It is your responsibility to download and keep copy of the certificate for your own files.
Kindly note that your total number of CME hours is based on the number of scanning you’ve made during the event.
