Dwayne has over 28 years of experience in the profession where he has held numerous roles spanning from beginning as a file clerk, HIM Director to becoming the business owner he is today.

 

Charles Jackson is an IT professional with over 20 years of project lead, system implementation, database management, business process re-engineering and systems analysis experience within the healthcare, public and private sectors.

 

During the course of his career, Mr. Jackson has coordinated numerous enterprise software implementation projects for Fortune 500 companies, including an MPI cleanup for a large healthcare system in Missouri. Hussein Albishi is a certified Health Information Manager (CHIM) with 27 years of experience in health information management (HIM). Graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia with a Health Sciences degree majoring in HIM.

 

Hussein is currently working with the HSTC leaders and other government stakeholders to achieve the Saudi 2020 National Transformation Program objectives and the Saudi 2030 Vision. The main goal is to establish a national HIM Strategy to support the Healthcare transformation activities. He also has lead the ICD-10 implementation in all MOH hospitals and PHCs.

Sarah Low is currently working in Samoa as a Consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO) to support the establishment the national eHealth environment whilst undertaking a PhD in leadership education of Health Information Management students.

Catherine McNamara is a highly experienced healthcare leader, with over 30 years providing quality, outcome focused care in both clinical and leadership roles.
Most recently, Catherine established the first fully integrated Case Management program within Abu Dhabi during her time at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. She is currently working at Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center, a Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Long Term Care facility with locations in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The Case Management programs she established, provide an integrated patient focused approach to Coordination of Care, combining the skills of Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers and Therapists to ensure quality service delivery across the complete Transition of Care spectrum.
